This is the USD 500.00deposit payment for the 4-night (5-day) USD 1,200 tour of the city of Havana, Cuba.
What is included in this tour: – Transportation from the airport to your accommodation;

– Private transportation with English speaking driver;
– Lodging at one of our selected hotels or “casas particulares” (Cuba’s version of B&B);
– Breakfast daily;
– Restaurant reservations;
– Ride in a classic American car.
What is NOT included in this tour:
– Your airfare to Cuba;
– Lunches and dinners;
– Alcoholic drinks;
– Visa fees (if you need a visa);
– Travel medical insurance (mandatory in Cuba);
– Cancellation and/or other insurance;
– Tips and gratuities;
– Entry fees to museums and other attractions.

Deposit, Balance and Refund payments
A deposit of USD 500 is due at the time of booking to reserve your tour package. The final balance payment is due 15 days prior to departure. After the 48 hour refundable grace period (see below), all deposits are fully non-refundable and subject to forfeiture if final balance is not paid on time.
Deposits shall be fully refundable for up to 48 hours (grace period) after payment, no questions asked. After 48 hours, all deposits are fully non-refundable.
Your Conduct in Cuba
We reserve the right to cancel services for any tour member before or during the program if such member’s conduct has endangered, damaged or otherwise disrupted the safe and comfortable progress of a tour or the people of Cuba. In this case of such poor behaviour, the offending tour member forfeits any remaining prepaid services as well as any and all claims against us. All tour members are expected to obey the laws and regulations of Cuba and hereby agree to pay the cost of any damages that they may incur to their accommodations or transportation while in Cuba.

Your Stay in Cuba
Please, note that Cuba has unique conditions which may not appeal to you, including the standard of living, practices and conditions of food, utilities, services and accommodation. These conditions may not be comparable to what you might expect from similar establishments in your country. These conditions may include poor internet connections, occasional power outages, food shortages and variations in service.
We accept no responsibility for traveler illness, injury, accidents or delays of any kind prior to or during travel. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate travel cancellation insurance, trip interruption insurance and travel medical insurance.
The Cuban government requires all travelers to have valid health insurance while in Cuba. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate travel health insurance to cover you during your trip.
